Who we’re looking for
Experience: At least 1 year teaching/tutoring children (Pre-K–Grade 2 preferred).
Skills: Strong phonological awareness/early literacy knowledge; patient, clear communicator; reliable and organized.
Bonus: Familiar with Texas Pre-K Guidelines/early reading science; bilingual a plus.
Availability: Consistent weekday afternoons (approx. 3–7 pm) and/or weekend blocks.
In-Office Tutors: Comfortable working from our Magnolia area location.
Online Tutors: Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and comfort with video sessions.
Requirements: Background check; ability to follow lesson plans and track student progress.
Flexible, hours vary based on student bookings. Compensation discussed during interviews.
